How can we help you?

Think of the Memory Box as your "safety crate" for the past. It's a complete, done-for-you service designed to take the stress and guesswork out of digitising your old media.

We know how much these memories mean to you, so we've simplified everything into one sturdy, crush-proof box. Here is what's inside:

• Total Security: Every box includes a 3-way tracked courier service, so your precious tapes and films are tracked at every stage of the journey.
• Smart Tracking: We use QR codes to track every individual item as it moves through our lab, giving you total peace of mind.
• Organisation Made Easy: We include title forms so you can name your memories. When you see them on the cloud later, they'll be perfectly categorised and easy to find.
• Expert Care: Your items aren't just scanned; they are cleaned and restored by our specialists. We even offer industry-leading AI Enhancement to make those old clips look better than you remember.

How to get started: Just order your box for £10, fill it with your tapes, films, or photos, and let us handle the rest. We'll protect your legacy for generations to come.

We've designed our process to be as simple as sending a letter, but with the high-tech security of a bank vault. You don't need to be a tech expert; you just need to be able to pack a box.

• Step 1: Order Your Box: For just £10, we send you a reinforced, crush-proof Memory Box.
• Step 2: Fill It Up: Gather your old tapes, films, and photos. Use our provided title forms and QR codes to label what you can—this ensures your digital files are perfectly organised later.
• Step 3: Secure Collection: Book your collection, and our 3-way tracked courier will pick up the box directly from your doorstep.
• Step 4: The Transformation: Our experts in our specialised labs carefully clean, repair, and digitise every item. We even use AI Enhancement to bring back clarity you haven't seen in decades.
• Step 5: Relive the Memories: We return your originals safely alongside your new digital files on a USB, via the Cloud, or even on DVD. Now you can finally watch those family milestones on your TV or phone.

We know that handing over your only copy of a wedding video or a baby's first steps is a big deal. That's why we don't use standard post. Our 3-way tracked service is a closed loop designed to keep your memories safe from the moment they leave your hands until they are back on your shelf.

• Step 1: The Box Arrives: We send your sturdy, crush-proof Memory Box directly to your door so you have the right tools to pack your media safely.
• Step 2: You Choose Your Collection: To make the customer journey as efficient as possible, you can choose the method that suits you best: Royal Mail Collection, DPD Collection, or DPD Drop-off.
• Step 3: The Safe Return: Once our experts have finished the digitisation, we ship your original media and your new digital files back to you using the same high-security, tracked courier service.

Every stage is fully tracked, providing you with immediate peace of mind and a secure journey from start to finish.

We understand that the biggest worry is the "what if" during transit. We've built our entire service around a secure "chain of custody" so your memories are never just a random package in a van.

• The Reinforced Memory Box: We provide a custom-engineered, crush-proof box designed specifically to protect fragile tapes and film reels from the bumps and shakes of the road.
• Tracked & Signed-For: Whether you choose any of our secure delivery methods, your box is tracked at every single hub. It requires a signature at our secure facility rather than being left unattended.
• Arrival Check-In: The moment your box arrives at our lab, we scan your unique QR codes. This "checks them in" to our internal system, and you'll receive an update so you know they've arrived safely in our hands.
• Expert Handling: Once inside, your media is handled by specialists in a secure, professional environment—not a back-room shop.

Whether it's a standard family VHS or a rare professional reel from a broadcast studio, we have the industry-leading equipment to handle it. Our labs are designed to be a one-stop-shop for all your analogue media.

Video Tapes

We convert all domestic and professional tape formats, including:

• Everyday Classics: VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8, and Digital8.
• Niche & Pro Formats: Betamax, MiniDV, MicroMV, and even professional broadcast tapes like U-matic, Betacam, and DAT.

Cine Film

Our experts handle all gauges of motion picture film with frame-by-frame scanning: 8mm, Super 8, 9.5mm, 16mm, and 35mm motion picture film.

Photos & Albums

Don't worry about unsticking old photos; we can scan loose media (35mm slides, negatives, and physical photo prints) and full photo albums page-by-page.

Audio Recordings

From pocket recorders to studio reels: audio cassettes, micro-cassettes, and high-fidelity reel-to-reel audio tapes.

Absolutely! Most of our customers send us what they call "mystery boxes." Because old tapes and reels rarely have helpful labels, it's very common to be unsure of what's actually on them.

• The "Hidden Gem" Factor: Some of the most precious memories we've ever recovered were found on tapes that owners almost threw away because they were unlabelled.
• Make the Most of Your Discount: We offer discounts for larger orders. It is much more cost-effective to send all your mystery media at once.
• Blank Tape Guarantee: If we find that a tape is completely blank, we won't charge you for the digitisation of that specific item.
• Safe Investigation: Trying to "preview" old media on outdated equipment can actually damage the film or tape. It is much safer to let us inspect it in our controlled lab environment.

Yes, we certainly can. In fact, many customers come to us because they think their memories are "lost" to time or damage. We position ourselves as experts who can "save" these precious moments.

• Cleaning & Restoration: Every item that enters our lab is carefully cleaned and restored, included in the price. Mould treatment and repairs are the two exceptions, as below.
• Mould: Cleaning mouldy film or tape safely is a specialist job, so if we find mould when your box arrives we flag it and add a small safe-cleaning charge for each affected item. You will always see the charge before you pay, and we will never clean mould without telling you first. Read our guide on keeping your media safe.
• Repairs: If a film or tape has snapped or torn, our technicians can repair it by hand. Because that is specialist work, we add a small repair charge for each affected item, always shown before you pay, and we never carry out a repair without telling you first.

The EachMoment Promise: While we can't fix every single piece of extreme damage, we use industry-leading knowledge to give your media the best possible chance of being saved.

Think of AI Enhancement as giving your memories a "modern makeover." While our standard digitisation captures every detail of the original tape, AI Enhancement goes a step further to clean up the "noise" and fuzziness.

• Upscaling the Quality: We use industry-leading AI to sharpen the image, making those old family videos look clearer and more vibrant on modern 4K TVs.
• Best Value on the Market: We pride ourselves on offering the most affordable high-grade AI Enhancement available.
• Preserving the Feel: We are careful not to over-process. Our goal is to make the video look how you remember it—clearer and brighter—without losing that nostalgic charm.

How to Add It: You can select AI Enhancement to your entire order or only specific items by selecting them on your Naming Sheet.

Once we've breathed new life into your old media, we want to make sure you can actually watch and share them! We offer several ways to receive your files:

• The Cloud: Your memories are uploaded to a secure online gallery where you can watch and share instantly.
• EachMoment USB: A simple, reliable way to plug your memories directly into your TV or computer for easy viewing.
• Premium Gifting USB: Our Premium USB comes in a beautiful presentation case—perfect for birthdays.
• DVD & CD: We still offer high-quality disc conversions so you can keep your viewing routine exactly as it is.

Absolutely! One of our main goals is to take your memories out of a dusty shoebox and put them back onto the "big screen" where they belong.

• Smart TVs: Log in directly through your TV's web browser or cast the videos from your phone to your screen.
• USB Playback: Plug our standard or Premium USB into your TV's USB port. Most modern TVs play it straight away, though manufacturers don't all support the same USB formats, so we can't promise every model will read it.
• DVD Players: Stick to the routine you're comfortable with using our high-quality disc conversions.
• HDMI Connection: Plug your laptop or computer into your TV via an HDMI cable — works on any TV with an HDMI port.

We don't believe in rushing a legacy. Because we treat every single tape and film reel with individual care, turnaround times can vary significantly.

• Quality Over Speed: If a film reel needs extensive mould cleaning or a tape requires an intricate repair, we take the time necessary.
• Instant Cloud Access: As soon as we finish digitising an item, we upload it to your secure Cloud gallery immediately.
• Real-Time Updates: Visit our Turnaround Page for accurate lab progress.
• Bespoke Handling: Every order is unique, providing a secure and efficient journey from start to finish.

Yes, we definitely do! To help families with larger collections, we offer a tiered discount structure that rewards you for preserving more of your history.

• Bespoke Calculation: Your final discount is calculated by our experts at the lab once we have checked your items.
• Format-Specific Savings: Discounts are applied per format type (video tapes, cine film, or photos) as the volume grows.
• Significant Reductions: Savings for large archives can be substantial, with discounts reaching as high as 50% off.
• The "One-Box" Advantage: It is much more efficient and secure to send all your formats in a single Memory Box.

A common worry is that originals are destroyed, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Your original media is just as important as the new digital files.

• Safe Return: Every single item you send to us is safely returned to you once the process is complete.
• Preserving the Originals: We view your originals as the "master copies" of your family history and treat them with expert care.
• The Full Package: Originals are returned in your Memory Box alongside your new digital storage.
• Secure Journey Home: The return journey to your doorstep is fully tracked for your peace of mind.

We've built EachMoment to set the standard for families who want total peace of mind and quality.

• Dedicated Lab Expertise: Your memories are handled in professional, clean-room environments by specialists.
• A "Closed Loop" Journey: Our custom boxes and 3-way tracked courier service remove the "middleman."
• Specialist Restoration as Standard: We include cleaning and repair services using industry-leading technology.
• Scale and Innovation: As specialists working at scale, we have the processing power to offer high-grade AI Enhancement and secure Cloud storage.
