Sending & Return of Your Source Media
We provide tracked, signed-for shipping in both directions. You can send your Memory Box to us at our expense using our DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail tracked services from a local drop-off point, and we return your original media on a signed-for, tracked service — most mainland UK customers receive their returns via Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce.
Every journey we arrange is covered by the carrier's transit protection. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit on a journey we arranged, we will manage the claim with the carrier and compensate you in line with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. We remain responsible for progressing any transit claim on journeys we arrange until your package is confirmed delivered to you.
If you choose to send your media to us using your own postage arrangements instead of the shipping services we provide, that journey is outside our control and at your own risk — please use a tracked, insured service.
