VHS tapes, camcorder tapes, cine film (8mm, Super 8, 16mm), photos, slides, and negatives. If they're unsure about a specific format, they can contact us anytime. If it's old, we can usually do it!

How does my recipient send their items?

Inside the Memory Box are simple instructions and a prepaid return label. They fill the box with their memories and send it back using the free tracked shipping label provided.

Is return shipping included?

Yes! We include a prepaid tracked return label in the Memory Box, and we send the digitised memories and originals back via tracked post at no extra cost.

Can I include a personal message?

Absolutely. The Memory Box Gift Package includes a gift card in a premium carrier with a space to write a personalised message.

How long does the pre-paid credit last?

The digitisation credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving them plenty of time to gather their memories and send them in whenever they're ready.

How long does delivery take? 

The Memory Box ships within 1-2 business days via free tracked delivery.

What if I don't know how many items my recipient has?

No problem! You can choose a digitisation credit amount based on a rough estimate — most people opt for our mid-range packages. If they have more items than the credit covers, they can easily top up and add more credit later - or just choose to send us a portion of their items.
