Please note: processing times shift a little through the year with demand and with what people send us, so the figure above is our current typical range rather than a fixed date. Cleaning and restoration are included in the price. Mould treatment and repairs to snapped film or tape are the two exceptions, as both are specialist jobs, so we add a small charge for each affected item. You will always see it before you pay, and we never carry out either without telling you first. If your media has significant age-related damage, recovery may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if it does. You'll receive a brief technical summary in your Lab Report once complete.
